Contribute to Vera’s learning environment by sharing learnings and insights with our consulting and product teams Qualifications and Experience 6+ years professional experience, especially in technology, the social sector, or consulting Experience with Salesforce or other cloud relational database systems Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Consensus builder who is fantastic at fostering relationships, generating buy-in from multiple stakeholders for proposed solutions, and building trust Curiosity and problem-solving skills Strong aptitude for using technology and data Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills Ability to carry tasks forward independently or ask for help along the way Meticulousness, punctuality, and outstanding attention to detail Ability/willingness to be based in Geneva at least 3 days per week, preferably full-time Preferred Advanced degree Business analysis experience Salesforce certifications (including Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification) Significant experience with data analysis software (Example – Power BI, Stata, etc.).

Consultants are involved throughout the entirety of a project’s life cycle – discovery and design, platform configuration, and training/rollout. This role is anticipated to primarily work on-site with a client, with occasional remote work. We’re a self-motivated, creative group, and we emphasize collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements In partnership with Architects, design solutions, and collaborate with clients and partners to build solutions.

Configure, test, and deploy high-quality systems Deliver client training Engage with a range of client and partner stakeholders, ensuring needs are listened to and addressed Support clients in other relevant project delivery areas e.g., technical documentation, data migration etc.

Proficient in the use of G-Suite applications, O365, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), and/or other common cloud-based software. Experience in Grant Management, Impact Measurement, or Strategic Planning. Employee Incentive Plan All employees participate in our Employee Incentive Plan.
