The Role Location: Remote office Contract: Permanent, full-time As a Senior HR Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients and develop, create, and support them to find tailored solutions for their organizational challenges.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR A passionate professional eager to learn and develop every day, who shares and is ready to live our vision, mission, and core values with the following add-ons: • Ph.D. or outstanding Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields • 5+ years of relevant working experience (HR Leadership and Transformation Consulting and/or Facilitation) • Native-level proficiency in English is mandatory, and native-level German is desirable.
