ph3Role Responsibilities /h3 pBased in Switzerland, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Investor Services Providers) in areas including: /p ul liStrategy /li liMA Integration /li liReview of Operating Models /li liEvolution of Organisations /li liDigital Transformation /li liOperational Benchmarking /li liChange Management /li /ul h3Opportunities /h3 ul liDelivering interesting assignments in an international environment (international assignments and teams, possibility of exchanges with other offices of the group) /li liWorking with high potential employees in a dynamic environment /li liPutting your ideas into practice alongside the team and on client projects /li liTaking ownership early on in your career - including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project /li liDeveloping know-how recognised by the major players in the financial industry and participation in the growth of the leader in Asset Management consulting /li liStaying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business /li liYou will also participate in the development of the firm's practices (such as Operations or Investments) and various business management areas (e.g.: Marketing or Recruitment) /li /ul h3Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications) /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of proven experience in the consulting or projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm /li liSignificant experience within ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers /li liExperience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management Risk management, Middle Back Office processes and outsourcing /li liAn understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market /li liFirst-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office /li liBasic knowledge of client relationship development and business development, for example writing proposals for new projects /li liStakeholder management and influencing skills - with both clients and colleagues /li liSuperb interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and lead junior team members /li liFocus on team achievement, not just individual goals /li liStrong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school /li liFluency in German and English is required /li liEligible to work in Switzerland /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive base salary /li liShare of the profits of the business as a % of base salary: Each year the company distributes among its staff up to 30% of the profits measured through EBITDA. /li li27 days’ holiday additional to public holidays /li liPension scheme including cover for disability and death benefits /li liAccident and illness insurance /li liLaptop and mobile phone /li liComprehensive training and development programmes /li /ul h3Your Wellbeing /h3 ul liEnsuring that we prioritise the wellbeing and care of everyone is paramount.
