Responsibilities • Frame AI opportunities for our clients: identify use cases, build business cases, prioritise initiatives, and structure implementation roadmaps that lead somewhere. • Lead diagnostic and strategy phases of engagements: structure the problem, design the analytical approach, run discovery and synthesis with team support. • Translate strategic AI ambitions into required capabilities and concrete next steps: identify what needs to change organisationally and communicate what it means commercially, operationally, and technically in ways senior clients can act on. • Stay close to delivery: shape what handover into design, build, or change looks like, and stay engaged so strategy decisions hold up under implementation pressure. • Define pilots that scale: define scope, success criteria, and governance, and be clear about what AI takes over, what stays human, and how to get from pilot to production. • Lead workstreams within engagements: structure the analysis, sequence the work, and bring junior consultants along through the work itself. • Modern work environment in an innovative, international team • Competitive salary and benefits package • A broad portfolio of learning options and certifications • JobRad and Wellpath allowance • Exclusive employee discounts • Flat hierarchies and real career growth opportunities Qualifications You say “I don’t know yet, but I’ll find out” and mean it.

You show initiative beyond your role description and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial team where there is no playbook yet. We are a growing team working at the intersection of Design, Strategy, and Technology. You have a genuine interest in AI and already experiment with it in your work.

You help build one. • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics , or a comparable programme. • Solid experience in strategy consulting, business design, AI consulting , or a related discipline where structuring problems and shaping decisions was central to the work. • Strong analytical foundation: you can structure a problem, build a case for action, and communicate it in a way that lands with senior stakeholders. • A well-formed perspective on AI as a business lever: not as a developer, but as someone who knows what current AI can and cannot do, has formed views through experimentation, and can translate capability into business terms. • Comfortable working across Design, Strategy, and Technology: you can sit in a service design workshop, contribute to a Tech-Architecture conversation, and walk into a management meeting in the same week. • Clear, structured written communication that works for the person picking it up six weeks later. • Excellent German and English language skills and occasional willingness to travel complete your profile.
