(Senior) Consultant/ Associate Retail Leasing (m/w/d) Frankfurt | Vollzeit | Unbefristet Deine Mission Als (Senior) Consultant/ Associate Retail Leasing unterstützt Du nationale und internationale Einzelhandelsunternehmen bei ihrer Expansion oder Eigentümer bei der Suche nach ihrem idealen Storekonzept und findest für jeden die ideale Immobilienlösung.

Deine Aufgaben • Vermittlung & Beratung: Vermiete Einzelhandelsfläche in Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland sowie Nord Baden-Württemberg, insbesondere in Frankfurt, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Wiesbaden.

Auf Mieterseite unterstützt Du unsere Einzelhandelskunden bei der gezielten Suche nach passenden Einzelhandelsflächen für ihre Expansion. • Strategische Analyse: Erarbeite Nutzungskonzepte, Standortanalysen und Marktuntersuchungen • Kundenbeziehungen: Akquiriere Neukunden und betreue bestehende Mandanten professionell • Projektmanagement: Bearbeite Vermietungsobjekte und Flächengesuche eigenverantwortlich • Dokumentation: Führe Kundenakten im CRM-System Argo gewissenhaft • Vertrieb: Bearbeite Alleinvermietungs/-suchaufträge erfolgreich • Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und international zusammen • Präsentation: Bereite Kundentermine vor und führe Verhandlungen durch • Cross-Selling: Identifiziere und entwickle zusätzliche Geschäftsmöglichkeiten Dein Profil Ausbildung: • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Immobilienschwerpunkt oder • Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung: • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von (gewerblichen) Immobilien oder im Einzelhandelsbereich Kompetenzen: • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse • Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke und Kundenorientierung • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative Was wir bieten Entwicklung & Karriere: • Zugang zur JLL Academy für Deine individuelle Weiterbildung • Einbindung in unser globales Netzwerk • Klare Karriereperspektiven in einem wachsenden Markt Arbeitsumfeld: • Gestaltungsfreiheit bei Aufgaben und Projekten • Flache Hierarchien und agile Arbeitsweise • Modernes Office in repräsentativer Mannheimer Lage
