Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant with a strong background in Business Strategy to join their fully remote team, based notionally near Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at developing actionable business plans and guiding organizations through significant strategic shifts. You will collaborate with clients remotely, providing expert advice on market analysis, competitive positioning, growth strategies, and operational effectiveness. The position offers the freedom and flexibility of remote work, coupled with the challenge of driving high-impact strategic initiatives for a diverse client portfolio within the Management Consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of client business strategies, including market entry, growth, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate remote workshops and strategic planning sessions with client leadership.
• Advise clients on organizational design, performance improvement, and change management initiatives aligned with their strategy.
• Develop high-quality strategic proposals and presentations for client review and approval.
• Monitor the execution of strategic plans and provide ongoing guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies across various industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial analysis and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
