In workshops, you facilitate genuine dialogue, identify requirements, and create clarity on the next steps.
You take responsibility not only for work packages but also as a sub‑project lead, including technical leadership. You drive digital transformation forward in a pragmatic, goal‑oriented, and effective way. You deepen your expertise in focus topics and broaden it through diverse, cross‑functional projects.
Requirements Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification, with both technical and commercial understanding Confident communication in German and English — written and spoken Initial to several years of consulting experience Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project HOAI and VOB are familiar terms to you Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in process analysis, redesign, and targeted definition to enhance client efficiency, while effectively leading sub‑projects and facilitating stakeholder communication in both German and English.
