We're looking for go-getters with analytical depth - whether your expertise lies in transactions, financial modeling, analytics & AI, and/or value creation.
As a (Senior) Consultant, you'll work on a project-by-project basis across our four core areas, applying your strengths wherever they're needed: • Transactions: You analyze business models, prepare precise financial due diligence reports on both the buy and sell sides, and help investors identify risks and unlock value potential.
Your input helps close deals faster - from day one. • Data Analytics & AI: You support our clients in the digital transformation of finance functions by implementing state-of-the-art data analytics solutions and professionalizing financial processes with Power BI and data-driven methods. • Financial Modeling: You develop scalable, fully integrated financial models: three-statement models, driver-based planning logic, liquidity planning, and automated reporting solutions - always closely aligned with real-world company data. • Value Creation: You support private equity investors and mid-market companies in identifying operational potential and implementing value-enhancement programs - with a focus on efficiency gains, restructuring, digitalization, and performance improvement.

Your Profile • A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field • Initial relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance,M&A, Transaction Services, or Auditing • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and ideally PowerBI • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • You bring drive, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on mentality, and you enjoy implementing things independently and in a solution-oriented manner Why Radial Is Special A competitive compensation package including 31 days of vacation; bonuses are primarily based solely on client satisfaction.
