Senior Consultant, Enterprise Clients – Strategy Consulting

• Independently manage consulting engagements for companies of increasing size and complexity

• Engage with executive management and board-level stakeholders through to implementation oversight

• Develop and implement business and operating models for sales and CRM transformation

• Lead strategy workshops and steering committees at C-level

• Jointly build the methodological foundation for the enterprise practice, including service portfolio structure, delivery standards, and quality assurance

• Act as a sparring partner to the executive team in the strategic development of SC Ventures’ enterprise segment

Requirements

• Several years of experience (at Senior Consultant / Consultant level or above) at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big Four consulting, or similar) or in a comparable in-house strategy role

• Proven experience working directly with boards and executive management of companies of relevant scale

• Ability to independently structure and take ownership of complex transformation projects without close approval processes

• Executive presence and a confident, peer-level communication style

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to assume responsibility and participate in the company’s growth

• Industry knowledge in the education sector / AZAV is an advantage but not required

• Experience with business and operating models for sales and CRM transformation

• Experience facilitating strategy workshops and steering committees at C-level
