You will gain hands‑on experience across the full deal lifecycle, with a steep learning curve and direct exposure to clients and transaction stakeholders. /ppTo reinforce our growing TCF team in Zurich, with a particular focus on MA, we are currently looking for an MA (Senior) Consultant. /ph3Your key responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and review key transaction deliverables, including information memoranda, teasers, process materials, management presentations and other client‑facing materials. /liliPerform and review company financial models and valuations using market multiples, precedent transactions, DCF analyses and other valuation methodologies. /liliSupport and execute MA transactions from origination through closing, managing workstreams and coordinating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, lawyers). /liliConduct industry, market and company

analyses to support strategic decision‑making and transaction execution. /liliDevelop target identification and buyer screening analyses, including long lists and short lists. /liliParticipate in and coordinate due diligence processes, identify key findings and translate them into actionable recommendations. /liliExecute multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to tight deadlines. /liliSupport business development initiatives, including pitch preparation and proposal development. /li /ulh3What we look for /h3ulliMaster’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field, with a strong academic record. /lili2–4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within MA, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Deal Advisory or Private Equity. /liliDemonstrated

experience in executing transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and stakeholder management. /liliAbility to engage in client and buyer communications and take ownership across the transaction cycle. /liliAbility to show initiate and support several transactions in parallel. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; French is considered a strong asset, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely.
