Responsibilities Assess clients' current IT infrastructure and ITOM processes Independently lead ITOM projects and sub‑projects Design future‑state ITOM solutions, including CMDB/CSDM architecture Run workshops, trainings, and client presentations (German & English) Provide functional/technical guidance during implementation Coach junior project members; support presales Requirements 5+ years in infrastructure and application management Several years of verifiable, hands‑on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB/CSDM experience — this is a hard requirement.
