Identify gaps, clarify responsibilities, and turn findings into actionable improvements. /li libBuild long-lasting client relationships /b through reliable advice and clear communication.

Present your findings and contribute your expertise to workshops and training sessions. /li libMonitor regulatory developments and emerging technologies /b such as RegTech, blockchain, and AI. Assess their relevance for clients and help translate insights into practical solutions. /li /ul h3Your ticket /h3 ul liYour educational foundation is a degree in bLaw, Business Law, Business Administration /b, or a related field. A Master’s degree, LL.M., or relevant professional certification is a plus; a CCP or CFA qualification is particularly valuable for capital markets work. /li liYou bring 2-4 years of directly relevant experience in bfinancial services compliance or regulatory consulting /b, gained at a bank, asset manager, consultancy, or audit firm.

You have already taken ownership of defined project deliverables. /li liYou can apply at least one of the following frameworks confidently in client work: bMAR, MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, or KWG/MaRisk /b. Knowledge of MiCAR, DORA, or the EU AI Act is a plus. /li liYou understand bthe role of the compliance function /b and can distinguish its advisory and monitoring responsibilities from controls owned by the first line of defense. /li liYou communicate confidently and precisely in bGerman and English /b, making complex regulatory topics understandable for different stakeholders including senior management. /li liYou tackle complex challenges with a structured, forward-thinking, and bsolution-oriented approach /b, turning regulatory requirements into clear and audit-proof recommendations. /li liYou are proficient in bMicrosoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel /b, and comfortable

using approved AI tools responsibly and in line with client confidentiality requirements. /li liYou bring an bentrepreneurial mindset, intercultural awareness, a great sense of humor /b and a hands-on approach.
