Responsibilities Design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB).

Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, ADP). Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems. Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM.

Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services. Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors).

Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud Profile Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), MuleSoft and API-supported integration.

ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM In-depth know-how in SAP SuccessFactors Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & SuccessFactors At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture.

Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third party systems Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial) Our Offer A secure future: A permanent contract in a growing company.
