Job Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance (Senior Consultant) or 6–9+ years (Manager), ideally within Swiss banking Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation (e.g., FINMA, AML, KYC) Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement Strong analytical and problem-splitting capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development Fluent in German and English (mandatory) Advanced degree (MA, MSc, MBA, or equivalent) Job Responsibilities Lead and support client engagements across regulatory compliance and risk topics Analyze Swiss and international regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Manage project workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships within the banking sector Contribute to business development and proposal preparation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across business and technology Stay at the forefront of regulatory developments and industry trends Mentor and support junior consultants Job Benefits You'll fast-track your development by diving into financial business models, cutting-edge technologies, and real-world client challenges – all while shaping your own path.
