• Providing independent consulting to our clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, with a focus on production and logistics • Independently planning, preparing, and conducting workshops to identify opportunities for optimization in our clients’ production processes • Structured collection, analysis, and evaluation of client requirements, as well as their translation into viable solution concepts and documentation of the requirements in Azure DevOps • Assuming responsibility for subprojects, including coordinating and managing the subproject team using agile project methods • Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues, as well as sharing knowledge and project experience Type of Employment Fulltime Possible offices • Remote in Germany, • Göttingen, • Munich, • Butzbach, • Hamburg, • Düsseldorf, • Bielefeld, • Chemnitz, • Nuremberg-Fürth, • Aachen, • Bremen, • Paderborn Start date Available by arrangement Salary 70.000 - 95.000 € Your mission • Providing independent consulting to our clients on the implementation and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, with a focus on production and logistics • Independently planning, preparing, and conducting workshops to identify opportunities for optimization in our clients’ production processes • Structured collection, analysis, and evaluation of client requirements, as well as their translation into viable solution concepts and documentation of the requirements in Azure DevOps • Assuming responsibility for subprojects, including coordinating and managing the subproject team using agile project methods • Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues, as well as sharing knowledge and project experience Your profile • 7+ years of experience in consulting for Microsoft D365 FSCM with a focus on production and logistics • Excellent knowledge of production control, production planning, warehouse and inventory management, as well as time and attendance management • In-depth industry and process knowledge in production, production planning, MES, and/or logistics Knowledge of current trends and developments in the digitalization of production processes • Structured and solution-oriented approach to tackling complex problems and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly • Strong ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams and actively contribute your own perspective • Enthusiasm for your own professional and personal development, as well as that of the team • German language skills at a minimum C1 level and good English skills • Active engagement with AI solutions and the use of new digital tools to make your work life more efficient • Willingness to travel (approximately 25 to 50 percent) Does this sound like you?
