Position Overview As a Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service, you will drive the digital transformation of our clients, managing SAP projects from planning through execution, with a focus on SAP Customer Service modules.
Responsibilities Consulting: Lead the digital transformation initiatives for our clients, whether greenfield implementations or system updates. Hands-on Implementation: Take responsibility for system settings and customizations using your expertise.
Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Qualifications Educational Background: A degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
SAP Skills: Extensive experience with SAP Customer Service (and possibly SAP Customer Management), with additional knowledge in CRM (Service focus) and FSM being advantageous. Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
