Qualifications • Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management within technology‑ or ERP‑driven transformation projects (ideally SAP), with a strong focus on user adoption. • Experience in the conception and operational use of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including responsibility for productive in‑app guidance content. • Participation in at least one end‑to‑end enablement or adoption initiative, from change concept through rollout to evaluation of adoption KPIs. • Practical experience in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning). • Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, combined with a pragmatic, implementation‑oriented mindset. • Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder interaction; very good German and English skills. • Interest in modern enablement and learning approaches, including AI‑supported concepts, UX, and accessibility (WCAG). ____________________________________ • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Organizational Change Management in technologie‑ oder ERP‑getriebenen Transformationsprojekten (idealerweise SAP) mit Fokus auf Nutzeradoption. • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und operativen Nutzung von Digital Adoption Platforms (z.
