You quickly grasp unfamiliar problems end-to-end and structure them efficiently to develop tailored recommendations for our clients • Building on this, you design compelling client-ready materials and communicate insights confidently to senior customers, always keeping the bigger picture in mind • Moreover, you cultivate strong relationships with mid- to senior-level clients by understanding their needs and steering projects towards impactful outcomes • Through empathetic collaboration, you manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring all deliverables are cohesive and meet the highest standards • As a role model within the team, you mentor junior colleagues on analytical techniques and foster their growth by providing encouraging feedback and guidance This is how you’ll win us over • Education : You hold an exceptional Master’s/Ph.

You’ll make an impact by • You take ownership of complex project workstreams, combining your industry expertise with strategic analysis.

D./MBA degree with several years of extensive professional experience in consulting or a related field. • Experience and Skills : • You have a strong background in strategic consulting, running multiple workstreams and leading complex analysis projects • You demonstrate excellent problem structuring skills, effectively coaching junior colleagues and ensuring zero-defect deliverables • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Ways of Working : You stand out with your independent, solution-oriented working style, empathy and ability to inspire others • Languages : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
