• Lead complex transformation projects and coordinate work packages, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions required • Support the consolidation of data, processes, systems, and responsibilities • Prepare project meetings and steering committee meetings • Develop robust decision papers and consistently follow up on agreed actions • Analyze operational and commercial processes and derive concrete improvement measures • Develop KPI frameworks and define metrics, including calculation logic, data sources, responsibilities, and target values • Gather and structure business requirements and translate them into processes, user stories, and solution concepts • Design Power BI dashboards, including management questions, KPI definitions, mock-ups, drill-down logic, and business acceptance • Work closely with management, business functions, and Data and IT teams • Present analytical findings in a clear, audience-appropriate manner and develop concrete recommendations for action • Establish PMO structures, drive decisions forward, and contribute substantively to key project matters Requirements • At least four years of relevant professional experience, ideally in management consulting, a Big Four firm, an in-house consulting function, or a comparable transformation role • Experience managing own workstreams with diverse stakeholders • Excellent understanding of business processes, business analytics, KPI systems, and data-driven business management • Experience gathering and translating business requirements in a structured manner • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Power BI—at least in business and functional concept development; ideally also in implementation • Exceptionally structured, reliable, and self-directed working style • Confident presence and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly at both operational and management levels • Business-fluent German and English skills • High level of commitment and willingness to travel regularly • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, as well as knowledge of master data management, data governance, SAP, or Salesforce, is advantageous but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading transformation projects, managing workstreams, and developing KPI frameworks while effectively communicating complex business processes and analytical findings.
