We are versatile, sustainable and future-orientated. • Project management: independent management and control of complex real estate projects with technical and professional responsibility for new construction, modernisation, change of use and maintenance. • Owner / client representation: assumption of external owner / client representation and technical project management in major construction projects. • Service profiles and contracts: preparation and coordination of service profiles and specifications, and contract terms. • Stakeholder management: fulfilment of project-related representation duties and effective stakeholder management. • Target and success control: definition and control of project goals and success parameters. • Coordination: management and coordination of internal and external partners and all project participants.
