You act as a trusted partner to our clients and work closely with their teams to ensure their challenges are successfully translated in impactful, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities Lead or support consulting engagements related to product innovations, digital business model innovations, digital strategy, Data & AI transformations and IT strategy Advise clients in cross-industry environments such as Aviation, Energy and further industries Translate business challenges into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions across business, technology, and engineering teams Help organisations build and scale Data & AI capabilities, including operating models, governance, compliance, data platforms and people enablement Support the development of new business models and digital value propositions enabled by technology and data Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, data, engineering, UX, and delivery Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables What’s important to us Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field At least 5 years of consulting experience in Aviation, Energy or other industry environment Proven expertise in Data & AI or IT transformations, digital business model innovation or digital product development Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights High client-orientation with deep experience in managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to bridge business, engineering, and technology perspectives Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written) What we offer Work life blend: we offer a safe & healthy workplace, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home Profit share scheme: In addition to your annual salary, you may receive a profit share defined by the company’s success in the previous year Global and Diverse Zühlke community: we have colleagues from 16 offices across the globe who come together to create an inclusive work culture, learning from one another at annual team camps and year-end events Committed to development: we are investing in your development to build the skills you need to make a positive impact today and in the future Note: We welcome people from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on gender, national origin, race, religion, colour, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, disability or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr We are a global transformation partner, with engineering and innovation in our DNA.

The Role The Digital Consulting Practice is the business consulting unit delivering both strategy and implementation projects.

We support the Zühlke Group from sales to delivery and ongoing relationship management as trusted advisors to our clients. Our consultants advise senior client management from Business, Data and IT in both short-term engagements and large transformation programmes.

As a (Senior) Consulting Manager you will work with leading organisations on strategic and complex initiatives focusing on the intersections of Business, Data and IT.
