Annual team camps, other festivities, and inclusive culture. Role Overview As a Digital Consultant focused on Health or MedTech, you will partner with leading MedTech companies to guide digital transformation and innovation across the healthcare value chain.

Responsibilities Advise MedTech clients on digital transformation, innovation, and business challenges related to products and engineering initiatives. Support and lead consulting engagements in areas such as product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering projects.

Contribute to the design and evolution of data-driven organisations, including analytics-enabled decision-making and digital platforms. Take responsibility for client communication, structured analyses, and high-quality consulting deliverables.

Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10 years of consulting experience in the MedTech or Health industry, ideally within a professional consulting firm.

Strong expertise in MedTech environments, including product management, innovation management, and the business side of engineering or product development projects. Experience working with data-driven organisations, digital products, and analytics-enabled decision-making.

Proven ability in business model innovation and strategic problem solving, bridging business, engineering, and technology perspectives. Strong consulting mindset with experience managing stakeholders and delivering impactful client engagements. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week. Profit share scheme based on company performance. Global and diverse community with opportunities for professional development and cross-office collaboration.
