I am currently working with a leading consulting client in Germany that is looking to hire a Senior Data Consultant to join its growing team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, the successful candidate will be expected to work from the client's headquarters at least 1-2 days per week.
This is a hybrid technology and consulting role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end - from client engagement and requirements gathering through to solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable leading workshops, client discussions, and delivery activities. Proven track record of managing projects through the full delivery lifecycle. Key Skills & Experience: Strong consulting and/or client-facing experience.
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management expertise. Hands-on experience with: Databricks, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Spark & Microsoft Fabric. Experience working across both cloud and on-premises data environments. Basic level German language skills (minimum) and fluent English.
