As a Senior ERP Consultant (all genders), you support and advise our clients in digitizing their business processes using the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With the goal of delivering a tailored solution that fits their needs perfectly, you gather client requirements and analyze workflows.
You act as the link between our software developers and our clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times. You also bring your consulting expertise to the further development of existing solutions and help convince clients when it comes to process improvements.

What you need to do

• Requirements Management: You gather client requirements and analyze processes
• Process Improvements: You advise clients on process improvements
• User Training: You conduct user training sessions
• Change Management: You support the rollout of new solutions and processes as part of change management
• ERP Implementation: You implement ERP systems for mid-sized clients
• Lead cross-team agile projects: You lead cross-team projects using agile methods (Scrum)
