Qualifications Required key competencies and qualifications: • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar (e.g.B.Sc. / M.Sc.); • At least10+ yearsof working experience within aseniorcontrolling and/or finance rolein a large matrix-organization or similar; • Knowledge of SAP environment will be an asset; • Working knowledge of IT Management tools (such asServiceWare) will be an advantage; • Verygoodknowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; • Excellent analytical, problem-solvingand communication skills; • Proactiveresult-orientedteam-player with the ability to work independentlyand is self-motivated; • Very goodfluency in English (written and verbal), German is an advantage.

As aFinancial Consultant , youare responsible forthe financial oversight and governance of the company’s Global ITspend, providing high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to senior stakeholders.

You work closely with relevant business partners to ensure budget alignment,trackand analyze planned versus actual cost consumption, andmaintaintransparency across financial performance and cost drivers.

The role includes coordinating financial reporting, supporting cost optimization initiatives, and acting as a trusted financial partner to ensure disciplined and efficient resourceutilizationin line with strategicobjectives.

In addition, you contribute to company-wide and intracompany initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to support financial consistency, compliance, and value creation.This is a high-impact, high-responsibility position that requires agility, sound judgment, and decisive execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Description Your Responsibilities: • Preparingand presentinghigh qualityfinancial reports for business development andKPI; basedperformance trackingfor ITand BusinessStakeholders; • Analyzing monthly costs and investments(variance analysis, Business Cases, etc.)anddevelopingappropriate recommendationsfor managementfor steering; • Providingproactivesupport for company-wide initiatives andtaking ownership as the maincontact person for these initiatives; • Organizing and aligning the reporting processeswhile trackingthe operational budgetfor each assignedareaalong with aconsolidatedview of the entity-basedOpexand Capex; • Using your financialknow-howto give positive impulses to the businessand (ideally)identifyany pitfalls before they happen; • Strategicallyadvising stakeholders onindividual and combined goals of the organizationagainst pre-aligned initiatives; • Taking initiatives where required to enableefficient streamlining of processes and Ad-Hoc request; • Ongoing development of Controlling IT systems:optimizethe analysis,planningand existingmanagementinformation systems; • Providingvaluablead-hoc analyses upon request.
