Your Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate One Identity solutions into existing IT environments, addressing complex IAM challenges. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. • Engage directly with clients to understand IAM needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver customized solutions. • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space, contributing to continuous enhancement of service offerings.

Your Skills and Requirements • Extensive experience designing and implementing One Identity Manager solutions at an enterprise level. • Proficiency in English and German, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders. • Strong understanding of One Identity Manager, IAM principles, protocols, and technologies. • Proven ability to lead IAM projects from inception to completion, demonstrating excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills. • Experience working in an international environment. • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
