Senior Implementation Consultant – Staffing Operations

pOur client is a fast-growing Silicon Valley AI scale-up expanding across continental Europe. /p pWe are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant – Staffing Operations to support staffing companies in implementing and optimizing AI-powered back-office processes. /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will work directly with staffing clients across Operations, Payroll, Finance and Billing, analysing existing processes and implementing AI-enabled workflows. /p ul liAnalyse and optimize staffing back-office processes /li liMap workflows across timesheets, payroll, pay bill and invoicing /li liImplement AI-powered solutions together with client teams /li liIdentify discrepancies, inefficiencies and automation opportunities /li liTrain client teams and manage successful handovers /li liWork closely with technical and product teams /li liEngage with stakeholders from operational teams to CFO level /li

/ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul libStaffing/recruitment industry experience is essential /b. You should bring 3+ years of experience in Staffing Operations, Recruitment Operations, Payroll, Finance Operations or Staffing Technology. /li liYou combine strong operational understanding with a bconsultative and client-facing mindset /b and are comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment. /li libFluent English is required.
