organizations operate and perform. /p pDepending on the project, your responsibilities may include: /p ul liDesigning and implementing boperating models /b and organizational structures /li liLeading organizational transformations and introducing new ways of working /li liOptimizing business processes with a bdigital-first mindset /b /li liEstablishing performance management frameworks and management systems /li liExploring and realizing the business value of emerging technologies, including bAI /b /li liSupporting and leading bpost-merger integrations and carve-outs /b /li liDesigning and facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholders /li liLeading project workstreams and managing project teams /li liDeveloping trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to create further impact /li liContributing to the development of our Business Operations Design offering

and local team /li /ul pYou will have the opportunity to shape your own areas of expertise while contributing to the continued growth and development of our practice. /p h3What You Bring /h3 pYou have b2-6 years of experience in management consulting /b, ideally with experience in organizational transformation, operating models, operations, or related areas. /p pYou also: /p ul liHold a bmaster’s degree /b from a reputable university, e.g., in business, engineering, economics, or a related field /li liHave a proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects /li liAre experienced in managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams /li liHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex challenges into practical solutions /li liCommunicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective client discussions and workshops /li
