What You'll Do You'll partner with senior executives and HR leaders to solve complex organisational and workforce challenges, including: Designing Total Rewards and Pay Transparency strategies that drive attraction, retention and performance. Developing job architecture, career frameworks and skills-based workforce models .

Advising on organisation design and organisation strategy , ensuring structures support future business objectives. Supporting clients through operating model transformation and workforce change . Aligning reward, talent and workforce strategies to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Helping organisations navigate evolving regulations, changing employee expectations and emerging ways of working. Leading complex consulting engagements across Germany and Europe. Why This Role Is Different This is not a traditional reward consulting role.

Reward sits at the heart of what we do, but you'll also help clients answer broader strategic questions: How should our organisation evolve to support future growth? How can job architecture and career frameworks enable workforce transformation? How do we create reward programmes that are fair, transparent and commercially effective?

How can organisational structures, operating models and talent strategies drive performance? xayajpt You'll work across the intersection of Reward, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture , helping clients create integrated solutions rather than tackling these challenges in isolation.
