Now, we're looking for experienced Reward Consultants and HR Reward Professionals to join us as Senior Principal Consultants.

What You'll Be Doing Lead Pay Transparency Initiatives – Help clients comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and global legislation. Advise Across Borders – Work with diverse clients across sectors and countries. Drive Business Growth – Manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development.

Expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, career architecture, performance management, and executive pay. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex reward challenges. Fluency in English & German (additional EU languages are a plus). Why Korn Ferry?
