h3Key responsibilities /h3pYou advise clients on the complex accounting and financial reporting matters that shape their most important decisions, including: /pullibSubject matter expertise: /b Serve as the firm's subject matter expert for US GAAP reporting and US-related transactions, covering inbound and outbound deals as well as US filers. /lilibUS transaction hub: /b Build and lead a local hub for US transactions, working closely with CFGI Americas to capture cross-border synergies (e.g. in the Biotech market). /lilibMA accounting: /b Shape the accounting and reporting that underpins major MA transactions – purchase accounting, combined financial statements, pro-forma financial information, and post-deal finance integration. /lilibCapital Markets IPO services: /b Guide companies to US capital markets, from IPO readiness and execution (including SEC reporting) through post-listing

requirements. /lilibTechnical operational accounting: /b Advise clients on conversions to US GAAP, consolidations, PCAOB audit-ready reporting and closing procedures, and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. /liliLead engagements from first scope to final delivery – manage engagement economics, delivery risk, and stakeholder expectations. /liliYou are a significant part of growing the Swiss practice – spotting opportunities within existing relationships, contributing to proposals, and building new business. /liliAdd to the firm's voice through developing new service offerings, hosting events and preparing publications. /li /ulh3Required qualifications attributes for success /h3pYou will recognize yourself in most of the following: /pulliAn academic background in accounting, finance, or economics, ideally paired with a qualified accountant credential (US CPA, ACCA or

equivalent). /liliSix to eight years in a Big 4 or comparable advisory environment, or in a senior technical accounting or financial reporting role in industry. /liliDeep, applied knowledge in US GAAP (IFRS a plus), applied to complex standards in a client-facing or technical accounting setting. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulpThe qualities and skills that will take you furthest with us: /pulliThe interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with senior finance stakeholders (e.g. CFOs, controllers, audit committees, and external auditors, etc.). /liliAdvisory experience with capital markets transactions, such as IPOs/de-SPACs and carve-outs. /liliCuriosity, a collaborative instinct, and the ambition to thrive somewhere entrepreneurial and growing fast. /liliA track record of leading several engagements at once, managing their economics, and delivering quality work under tight
