• Establishment of the Medical Controlling competence area within Oberender AG and development of consulting services, methods, standards, and service modules.
• Combining sound practical experience in medical controlling with consulting expertise, leadership experience, and the ambition not only to design changes but to implement them effectively.
• Management of demanding consulting and implementation projects in medical controlling and assuming responsibility for quality, schedule, customer benefit, and economic project success.
• Advising managing directors, executive boards, and medical service providers on the strategic and operational realignment of hospitals.
• Analysis of performance, revenue, and documentation processes, identification of areas for action, and development of implementable solutions for medical and economic management.
• Support of implementation processes in medical controlling – particularly in the areas of documentation, coding, case management, revenue assurance, MD management, and reporting.
• Translation of complex data and regulatory requirements into clear recommendations for action and reliable bases for decision-making.
• Leading project teams and identifying consulting and acquisition potential.
