You develop new marketing concepts and monetization options, optimize internal processes, and are responsible for building, leading, and developing the consulting team.

You acquire new clients, create individual proposal packages, and conduct negotiation discussions. You translate the latest technology trends into novel business ideas, derive sustainable business models and strategies, and further develop our consulting focus.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG An above-average completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation. Relevant professional experience of at least 8 years in the strategy/digital/e-commerce area of a company or in an established management consulting firm.

Solid experience and enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management, (agile) organizational development, coaching, multi-channel, customer experience, online marketing, CRM, M/E-commerce, IT systems, IoT, Connected Life.

Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, result orientation, as well as disciplinary leadership experience, communication, and assertiveness in German and English (C1 level).
