ideally complemented by proven experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients. /li liStrong understanding of the end-to-end Wealth and Asset Management value chain, including products, services, operating models and front-to-back business processes across multiple asset classes. /li liStrong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and the ability to apply new tools and approaches to solve business challenges and improve client outcomes. /li liProven experience leading large-scale strategic and transformation initiatives, including operating model transformation, target operating model design, post-merger integration, platform transformation and business change programmes. /li liSolid understanding of Wealth and Asset Management technology ecosystems, including investment management platforms, portfolio management systems and related

front-to-back operating infrastructures. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships and successfully deliver complex programmes in an international environment. /li liTrack record in business development, including proposal and RfP leadership, development of service offerings, thought leadership and the identification of new client opportunities. /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering tangible business outcomes. /li liFluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage and additional languages, such as French, are welcome. /li liFlexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.br/ /li /ul pAny questions?
