The senior role engages senior partner leaders as a trusted advisor and represents Autodesk’s strategic priorities across regions, solutions, and partner organizations.
Responsibilities Partner Strategy & Business Planning: Own strategic business planning for top-tier Platinum partners with strong ability to influence partner investment and execution models. Performance Management & Insights: Translate complex data into executive-level insights while driving accountability for outcomes.
Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drive pipeline strategy and forecast accuracy across assigned partners, using advanced analytics to inform planning and execution. Execution & Enablement: Lead complex growth and transformation initiatives; strong acumen for influencing partner capabilities and operating models.
Minimum Qualifications Business & Strategic Acumen: Deep expertise in partner-led enterprise growth with strong strategic judgment. Forecasting: Strong knowledge of and experience with the full spectrum of forecasting methods; takes a leadership role on policies, strategy and best practices for complex forecasting.
Analytical & Operational Skills: Ability to operate across ambiguity and scale; expertise managing complex initiatives. Executive Communication & Influence: Executive-level communication and facilitation; strong influencing skills. Collaboration Requirements Leads cross-functional partner strategy alignment.
