You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for clients, focusing on delivering outstanding results and building lasting partnerships. Based remotely, ideally near Randburg , you will utilize your expertise to drive candidate engagement and client satisfaction through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefing to successful candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through virtual communication.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates using innovative online recruitment strategies and tools.
• Conduct effective remote interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Negotiate employment terms and facilitate the offer process for successful candidates.
• Provide strategic advice and market insights to clients to support their talent acquisition goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven history of achieving placement targets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and recruitment projects remotely.
• Expertise in using various online sourcing channels, ATS, and recruitment software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapted for remote interactions.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
