Senior Sales Service Cloud Consultant - Salesforce (m/w/d) Company: CONET Location: Bonn, Düsseldorf, Garching bei München, Karlsruhe, Köln, or remote Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Integrate Salesforce into existing system landscapes (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
Perform data migrations, model efficient data structures, and build dashboards. Analyze and optimize CRM processes in sales and service. Qualifications Multiple years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Secure handling of integrations, data migration, and reporting. Strong analytical thinking and structured work approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Enjoy solving complex challenges in functional, practical solutions. Very good German & English (spoken & written).
