What You Will Do You will be working in the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) within tesa's Digital & IT department.

As an experienced SAP Controlling Consultant you will be part of the SAP CoE's FICO team and be responsible for shaping the future of tesa's FICO solutions. Experience in agile and classic project management and ability to deliver quality solutions on time within international teams.

The SAP CoE is driving force behind our digital transformation through state‑of‑the‑art SAP solutions. In close collaboration with your SAP CoE colleagues and business stakeholders you will implement innovative SAP projects and play a pivotal role in transforming tesa's FICO SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities Partner with controlling stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solution options. Identify improvement opportunities in our global S/4HANA FICO setup. Actively participate in value delivery: supporting requirement gathering, writing specifications, configuring the system, testing and training.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless integration of FICO processes with other business areas. Understand and consult on functional and technical controlling topics. Stay updated on SAP innovations like BTP, Joule, RISE with a focus on controlling solutions and provide expert advice.

What You Will Need Degree in informatics, business economics or related fields. 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO; minimum 3 years in SAP CO. Solid knowledge of SAP controlling processes (e.g., cost element accounting and product cost controlling) including configuration skills. Basic knowledge of ABAP, EDI, FIORI, and SAP PP is a plus.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them to system requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
