Senior SAP Consultant – SuccessFactors, HCM

• Advising clients on all aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in customer projects

• Analyzing customer-specific HR requirements

• Advising business departments on implementation and supporting projects through to completion

• Conducting requirements workshops and carrying out customizing

• Developing complex interfaces to non-SAP systems

• Assuming project management responsibility or contributing to larger project teams, depending on the project

• Exchanging expertise with project and team members

• Working closely with developers on technical aspects

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science, a natural sciences discipline, vocational training in application development, or relevant professional experience

• Professional experience in consulting or as an end user of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP

• Interest in gaining a deeper understanding of the SAP world and learning more about the underlying code

• Ability to work independently and strong team spirit

• Very good German and good English skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally; business trips are relatively rare

• Experience with SAP HCM modules PA, OM, PT, or PY, or with SuccessFactors EC/ECP
