Senior Manager SAP FICO (m/f/d) – Berlin, Frankfurt, and other major cities in Germany This position offers an opportunity for a highly experienced SAP FICO professional to lead and drive transformation projects across various industries.

Candidate Profile 12 years of professional experience in SAP FICO consulting or project management, preferably in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering at least one or two end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation projects. Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.

Ability to translate complex financial processes into effective SAP solutions and communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences. Certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA is an advantage. Fluent in German and English. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions tailored to client needs.

Manage and support SAP FICO implementations, upgrades and S/4HANA migration projects from initiation to go‑live. Apply expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to leverage new functionalities and improve performance and efficiency. Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Ensure compliance of SAP solutions with financial regulations, corporate standards and industry practices. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Actively participate in cross‑module projects and support pre‑sales activities where necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
