We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, leads with confidence, and turns S/4HANA and cloud strategies into tangible business outcomes. Tieto Tech Consulting works as a true partner, solving customers’ toughest technology challenges and delivering reliable outcomes that drive measurable results.

By merging data, cloud, AI and design with deep industry expertise, we create impactful yet intuitive digital solutions that empower people and move businesses forward. Responsibilities Take the lead in high‑impact SAP projects, focusing on SAP Cloud ERP transformation journeys from initial idea to successful go‑live.

Own the full project lifecycle: scope, timeline, budget, risks and quality – and keep everything on track. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping their digital and SAP transformation roadmap. Balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution: you know when to zoom out and when to dive deep.

Drive projects with a strong focus on value creation, transparency and measurable outcomes. Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and make sure decisions happen fast. Support business growth through pre‑sales, estimations and project planning. Build strong customer relationships and act as a go‑to person for all project‑related topics.

Qualifications Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, ideally in large‑scale S/4HANA programs. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP and transformation methodologies. Profound know‑how in either Finance, Logistics, Data or Technical SAP tools and processes.

Proven track record in managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments. Experience with agile and/or hybrid project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Scrum). Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate) is a plus.
