Benefits Permanent employment contract. Regular team events and activities. Your Responsibilities Play a central role in SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects – from solution definition to successful implementation.
Responsible for solution design in SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent) and integration into existing systems. Lead sub-projects or streams, ensuring quality, results, and customer satisfaction. Moderate workshops with HR and IT stakeholders; act as a sparring partner for decision‑makers.
Contribute experience to the further development of topics and offerings. Your Profile Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration, or related fields. Several years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules. Experience in leading projects or sub‑projects/streams.
Strong understanding of HR processes and their IT representation. Ability to analyze complex topics and communicate them clearly. Confident and collaborative demeanor with clients. Independent, reliable, and high‑quality work ethic. Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage. Flexible working hours to suit your productivity.
