ppSenior SAP Business IT Specialist – SAP System Decommissioning Archiving /ppSub-contract possible if you are outside of Switzerland /ppbLocation: /b Bern, Switzerland (Hybrid – remote possible after onboarding) /ppbDuration: /b Until the end of 2026 with strong possibility of extension /ppWe're supporting a major enterprise transformation programme and are looking for a bSenior SAP Business IT Specialist /b with deep expertise in bSAP system decommissioning, data archiving, and legacy system retirement /b. /ppThis is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, helping design the future-state solution for retiring legacy SAP environments while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and long-term accessibility. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate SAP decommissioning activities across multiple stakeholders. /liliDesign the future solution for data and document retention after SAP legacy systems are retired. /liliAnalyse and consolidate business and technical requirements. /liliProduce functional specifications, configuration documentation, process documentation, and WRICEF specifications. /liliDefine architecture decisions for the target solution. /liliCreate and coordinate test scenarios. /liliWork closely with business teams, architects, and technical stakeholders using Agile methodologies. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulli5+ years of experience in bSAP system decommissioning and data archiving /b. /liliStrong understanding of complex SAP landscapes and SAP legacy system retirement. /liliHands‑on knowledge of: /liliSAP R/3 /liliSAP Solution Manager /liliJira /liliConfluence /liliExperience producing functional specifications and technical documentation. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliFluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with bKGS Archive /b or similar SAP archiving solutions. /liliKnowledge of SAP Asset Management (PM/EAM). /liliExperience with third‑party SAP archiving technologies. /liliExposure to SAP integration and migration projects. /li /ulpIf you have a strong background in SAP decommissioning, enterprise archiving, and complex SAP landscapes, we'd love to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
