Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs, concerns, and goals.
• Develop personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans, recommending appropriate products and services offered by our client.
• Educate clients on the science behind skincare, product ingredients, and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments.
• Provide expert advice on pre- and post-treatment care for common aesthetic procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product innovations, and scientific advancements in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide insights from client interactions.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through consistent follow-up and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to product efficacy and treatment outcomes with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to the creation of educational content, such as blog posts, webinars, and social media Q&A sessions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry (e.g., aesthetician, skincare therapist, beauty consultant).
• A deep and demonstrable understanding of dermatological principles, various skin types, conditions, and advanced treatment modalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools (video conferencing, CRM systems, chat platforms).
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with excellent time management skills.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in aesthetics, dermatology, or beauty therapy are highly desirable.
