We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Work directly with our customers to evaluate existing systems, process and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practises associated to our GRC platformManage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently Analyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of WorkCollaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success and support as well as pre-sales teamsEffectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teamsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of NAVEX’s GRC PlatformDevelop and initiate project plans and customer documentation to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoptionPresent NAVEX’s products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertiseUtilise company Salesforce.com and Professional Service Automation tools to optimise Sales and Project Management activities10% European travel, including overnight stays, may be requiredWhat you’ll bring:5+ years of proven consulting and SaaS implementation experienceFluency in German language with English language proficiency/fluencyExperience with business process management and SaaS delivery modelsStrong analytical and decision-making abilityAbility to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective implementation outcomesStrong project management, planning, and scoping experience, ideally using Professional Services Automation toolsExcellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams and coordinate project escalationsStrong presentation skills, with experience conducting meetings and presentations using web-based toolsDemonstrated accountability, customer focus, and ability to drive results while building trustGovernance, risk, or compliance management industry experience a plusCulture Agility.
