You translate the latest technology trends into innovative business ideas and derive sustainable business models and strategies. Through customer, competitor, and best‑practice analyses, you create well‑foundated decision‑making bases.

You strategically involve knowledge and experience holders on the client side in innovative workshop formats to contribute to the results. What You Bring Along An above‑average completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation.

Relevant professional experience of at least four years in the strategy/digital/e‑commerce area of a company or in an established management consulting firm.

Solid experience and enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management, (agile) organisational development, coaching, multi‑channel, customer experience, online marketing, CRM, m‑e‑commerce, IT systems, IoT, connected life.

Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, result orientation, leadership potential or initial leadership experience, convincing presentation skills, and communication strength in both minimum C1 in German and English.
