With us, you’ll take responsibility for challenging projects, lead initial workstreams and develop solutions that deliver real business impact.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USIn our projects, you will – with increasing responsibility and as part of our interdisciplinary teams – take the lead on challenging topics in the mobility and automotive sectors: from digital business models and AI-, data- and software-driven transformations to organisation-wide change programmes.At the same time, you will draw on your cross-sector experience to develop solutions that drive digital transformation across a wide range of industries.Your work has a lasting impact on strategic decisions and the direction of entire organisations.Your role with usYou will lead workstreams independently and take responsibility for their outcomes.You will analyse complex market, customer and technology trends and derive clear strategic recommendations from them.You will develop digital business strategies, transformation approaches and data- and technology-driven concepts – in collaboration with experienced colleagues.You communicate confidently with management stakeholders and present your findings in a manner tailored to your audience.You consistently factor in technology, data and AI: you assess potential, maturity levels and business impact, and translate insights into viable concepts.You design workshops, decision-making formats and content for clients at management level and play an active role in the further development of our methodologies.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONGYour backgroundA degree with above-average grades – ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT.At least 4–6 years’ relevant professional experience at an established management consultancy, in the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company – ideally with responsibility for your own (sub-)projects or workstreams.Substantial experience in developing digital strategies, operational transformations and organisation-wide change processes.Your skillsYou have demonstrable experience in several of the following areas:Development of digital business models and corporate strategiesChange and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational developmentImproving the efficiency of processes and value creation structuresData transformation and data-driven decision-making modelsIT transformation, CIO advisory and technology architectures at a conceptual levelFuture sales and aftersales, digital customer experiences and platform-based approachesApplication of AI and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency, quality and business impactIn addition, you bring the following:Very strong analytical skills and a keen conceptual mindA confident manner and the ability to communicate clearly as well as fluent and in a manner tailored to the audience – in German and EnglishA team-oriented approach, a sense of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for challenging transformation projectsA passion for constructive collaboration, curiosity about new methods and an openness to continuous learning.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Discover new skills and improve your strengths, adapt your working day to your personal lifestyle, celebrate community, sustainability and diversity.
