This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on bdirect /btax, tax reporting, compliance, and audit management, including coverage of Switzerland and other key markets such as France, Italy and Greece. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage corporate income tax compliance and reporting across multiple European countries, including Switzerland /liliLead and coordinate tax audits and act as key contact for tax authorities /liliProvide practical tax advice to finance and business teams on transactions and operations /liliCoordinate with the shared service centre and external providers /liliMonitor tax legislation changes and assess business impact /liliSupport transfer pricing matters in collaboration with global teams /liliReview contracts and business initiatives from a direct tax perspective /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliStrong experience in direct tax, particularly corporate income tax and tax reporting /liliProven experience in tax compliance and audit defence in a multi-country environment /liliBackground in Big 4 or in-house tax within a multinational environment /liliSolid understanding of European tax frameworks, ideally including Switzerland /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
