To support our strong growth, we are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to drive the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

You will primarily work with Omada Identity , while also contributing to engagements across other leading IAM platforms. This role is ideal for a technically skilled consultant with a structured mindset and a passion for turning business needs into robust identity solutions.

Your responsibilities Lead end-to-end Omada Identity implementations, from design to go-live, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, translating business and security needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.

Stay ahead of IAM/IGA innovations and help continuously evolve our service offerings. What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on consulting experience in IAM/IGA (Omada Identity strongly preferred; SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or Entra ID also valued). Expertise in configuration, provisioning, access lifecycle management, workflows, and governance.

Strong ability to document, analyze, and optimize IAM processes using UML, BPMN, or similar modelling standards. Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Active Directory/LDAP, Entra ID, RACF, and various cloud services. Familiarity with adjacent areas: PAM, cloud identity, security architecture.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required, German is a significant advantage. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Nice to Have Experience with C# Scripting ability in PowerShell or Python for automation, customization, and integration (CI/CD experience a plus).
