h3bSoftware Implementation Consultant – Financial Software /b /h3 pbWorking arrangement: /b Hybrid, approximately three days per week in the office /p pbEmployment: /b Permanent, 80–100% /p pbLanguages: /b German and English, both C1 or above /p pTrust in SODA is partnering with a financial software provider to hire a Software Implementation Consultant for its growing Zurich team. /p pYou’ll work directly with financial services clients to understand their requirements, configure software and support successful implementations.

The role combines client interaction with practical technical work, including analysing data, testing configurations and resolving implementation challenges. /p pWith structured training and increasing responsibility, this is an opportunity to develop across technology, finance and client consulting. /p h3bWhat you’ll do /b /h3 ul liUnderstand client requirements and translate them into practical platform configurations. /li liDeliver onboarding projects using established implementation methods and templates. /li liWork alongside migration specialists to assess and validate data from different source systems. /li liSupport the setup and analysis of data interfaces and feeds from external providers. /li liInvestigate technical and business issues, identify their causes and implement solutions. /li liTest configurations, data and functionality to ensure reliable operation. /li liSupport

user training and explain technical solutions clearly. /li liHelp automate recurring tasks and improve implementation processes and tools. /li /ul h3bWhat you’ll bring /b /h3 ul liIdeally b2–5 years of experience /b in software implementation, application support, IT consulting, data management or a related area. /li liRelevant IT training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, business administration or a related discipline. /li libStrong Excel skills /b and a structured, accurate approach to working with data. /li liConfidence working directly with clients and explaining technical concepts. /li liA hands‑on approach to investigating problems and implementing solutions. /li liThe ability to learn new software and understand complex processes. /li libGerman and English at C1 level or above. /b /li /ul pExposure to bSQL, databases, Python or data interfaces

/b would be advantageous.
